Long non-coding RNA KCNQ1OT1 promotes the progression of gastric cancer via the miR-145-5p/ARF6 axis

Patients with high lncRNA KCNQ1 OT1 expression and high CD8+ T cell infiltration levels tend to have a worse prognosis in CRC. Moreover, lncRNA KCNQ1 OT1 is positively correlated with CD155 expression in CRC, and knockdown of lncRNA KCNQ1 OT1 can enhance the immune response in CRC by reducing CD155 expression.
