Design and Evaluation of User-Centered Exergames for Patients With Multiple Sclerosis: Multilevel Usability and Feasibility Studies

Summary: This interdisciplinary research project aimed to develop usable and feasible user-centered exergames for patients with multiple sclerosis by incorporating theoretical backgrounds from movement sciences, neuropsychology, and game research. The results showed that the newly developed exergames were usable and feasible for patients with MS, demonstrating the importance of considering exergame elements in the development of user-centered exergames. Future studies are needed to evaluate the efficacy of these user-centered exergames for patients with MS.

Effects of camera viewing angles on tracking kinematic gait patterns using Azure Kinect, Kinect v2 and Orbbec Astra Pro v2

Summary: This study evaluated the accuracies of three depth sensors in tracking kinematic gait patterns at different camera viewing angles, finding significant effects of angles on performance.
