Summary: The study compared the diagnostic performance of magnetic resonance amide proton transfer (APT) imaging and diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) for glioma grading and IDH mutation status prediction. Results showed that APT imaging outperformed DKI in accurately diagnosing and predicting treatment decisions for glioma patients. Delta APTw demonstrated better discriminatory performance in distinguishing tumor grades and IDH mutation status compared to DKI indices.

Comparison of Diffusion Kurtosis Imaging and Amide Proton Transfer Imaging in the Diagnosis and Risk Assessment of Prostate Cancer

Summary: This study aimed to evaluate and compare the diagnostic value of DKI and APT in prostate cancer (PCa), and their correlation with Gleason Score (GS). DKI and APT imaging were collected and analyzed in patients with PCa and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The results showed that DKI and APT imaging are valuable in the diagnosis of PCa and demonstrate strong correlation with GS, which has great significance in the risk assessment of PCa.
