Propagation of the nonlinear damped Korteweg-de Vries equation in an unmagnetized collisional dusty plasma via analytical mathematical methods

Aly R. Seadawy et al.

Summary: This article considers the problem formulation of dust plasmas, obtaining dust-ion-acoustic solitary waves under nonmagnetized collision dusty plasma and formulating the nonlinear damped Korteweg-de Vries equation. The solutions for nonlinear D-KdV equation include bright solitons, dark solitons, kink wave and antikinks wave solitons, and periodic traveling waves. The constructed solutions are represented graphically to understand the physical aspects of various behavior for DIASWs.

Traveling wave solutions for the fractional Wazwaz-Benjamin-Bona-Mahony model in arising shallow water waves

U. Akram et al.

Summary: In this manuscript, an extended modified auxiliary equation mapping (EMAEM) method was employed to study the 3D fractional Wazwaz-Benjamin-Bona-Mahony equation (WBBM), resulting in new sets of solutions. These solutions include kink and anti kink, periodic and doubly periodic, bell shaped, trigonometric functional solutions, hyperbolic solutions, singular kink, rational solutions, and combined soliton like solutions, which were graphically represented with detailed behavior of physical structure of solutions.

Ion-acoustic solitary wave solutions of nonlinear damped Korteweg-de Vries and damped modified Korteweg-de Vries dynamical equations

A. R. Seadawy et al.

Summary: New solitary wave solutions of nonlinear damped KdV and damped mKdV equations were formulated using the reductive perturbation technique. The obtained solutions, including dark solitons, bright solitons, traveling wave, kink and anti-kink wave solitons, are more useful for various applications such as quantum plasma, soliton dynamics, and fluid dynamics. The physical structures of the new solutions were illustrated through two and three-dimensional graphics to provide insights into the different structures of dust ion-acoustic solitary waves.

Multi-wave, breather and interaction solutions to (3+1) dimensional Vakhnenko-Parkes equation arising at propagation of high-frequency waves in a relaxing medium

Yesim Saglam Ozkan et al.

Summary: This study obtains exact analytic solutions of the (3+1) dimensional Vakhnenko-Parkes equation using the Hirota bilinear form, Maple package program, and symbolic computation. The constructed solutions include multi-waves, breather wave, lump-kink, lump-periodic solutions, and interaction solutions. By drawing 3D and 2D graphs, the physical structures of the solutions were observed, which can be used to explain physical phenomena in the propagation of high-frequency waves in a relaxing medium.
