Summary: RNA-Seq analysis of dark-treated grape leaves revealed that shading/dark stress affects sucrose metabolism and cell wall degradation, resulting in smaller leaf size. Additionally, lower auxin content contributes to the inhibition of grape leaves under dark conditions.
