Meeting 24-hour movement behavior guidelines in young children: Improved quantity estimation and self-regulation

Amanda L. McGowan et al.

Summary: This study examined the relationship between meeting the World Health Organization's 24-hour movement behavior recommendations and young children's self-regulation and quantity estimation skills.
