Antiviral Peptides: Identification and Validation

Garima Agarwal et al.

Summary: The development of peptide-based antiviral therapeutics is a promising field that has attracted significant scientific efforts in recent years. With over 60 approved peptide drugs on the market and a growing number undergoing clinical trials, the use of advanced technologies for identifying potential antiviral peptides is expanding. Advanced techniques such as combinatorial chemistry and molecular biology are being employed to study the binding parameters of these peptides and their potential in treating emerging infections.
