Solar Climate Features Taking into Account the Morphometric Conditions of the Area and the Possibility of Using Them in Heliotherapy on the Example of the Cieplice and Kolobrzeg Health Resorts (Poland)

Dawid Szatten et al.

Summary: Global solar radiation plays a crucial role in heliotherapy and its effectiveness is increasingly influenced by human activity. This research used heliographic and actinometric data from 1996 to 2015 to analyze the possibilities of heliotherapy in Cieplice and Kolobrzeg, Poland. The study revealed a quantitative relationship between morphometric parameters and solar features, showing late spring and summer as optimal periods for heliotherapy.
