Improving the performance of quantum-dot light-emitting diodes via an organic-inorganic hybrid hole injection layer

Summary: In this study, an organic-inorganic hybrid HIL was prepared by mixing V2O5 with PEDOT:PSS, which significantly improved the performance of QLEDs. The study showed that the addition of V2O5 increased the density of states near the Fermi energy level of PEDOT:PSS, leading to improved hole injection and QLED performance.
