Effects of Substituting Types of Physical Activity on Body Fat Mass and Work Efficiency among Workers

Summary: Replacing 30 minutes of sedentary behavior with vigorous physical activity can reduce body fat mass. Substituting sedentary behavior with light physical activity leads to a higher work efficiency score, while substituting light physical activity with vigorous physical activity results in a lower work efficiency score.
