This study aims to investigate how LSS influences person-centered care and cultures, with a focus on examining the mechanisms and processes through which LSS education impacts healthcare staff's practices. Realist review and evaluation identified potential configurations explaining how LSS influences practice, with a particular emphasis on staff interactions and the alignment with person-centered cultures.

Changes in communication patterns when implementing lean

Summary: This study examines the changes in communication patterns during lean implementation in companies. The findings show that teams communicate more frequently, become more decentralized, communicate more with supervisors, and supervisors communicate more amongst themselves and collaborate more. Additionally, better performing teams exhibit more pronounced changes in communication patterns.
