Structural anisotropy in three dimensional macroporous graphene: A polarized XANES investigation

Summary: The investigation of three-dimensional macroporous graphene sponges with different densities using angular dependent carbon K-edge X-ray Absorption Near Edge Spectroscopy revealed unexpected anisotropic behavior and the presence of oriented hexagonal carbon planes.
