Hyperspectral microscopy combined with DAPI staining for the identification of hepatic carcinoma cells

Summary: This study demonstrates the use of DAPI staining and hyperspectral microscopy for identification of hepatic carcinoma cells based on DNA content differences. Through the analysis of fluorescent properties, a SVM model is trained to classify cells with high sensitivity and specificity, achieving 99.3% and 99.1% for 1000 hepatic carcinoma samples, respectively.
