Summary: The study investigates the role of ADSCs-Exos and a novel long noncoding RNA KCNQ1OT1 in osteoporosis, finding that ADSCs-Exos can attenuate cytotoxicity and apoptosis in TNF-alpha-induced osteoblasts, while KCNQ1OT1-Exos have a more significant inhibitory effect by sponging miR-141-5p. This suggests that KCNQ1OT1-Exos could be promising therapeutic agents for osteoporosis.
