Summary: This study surveyed 2694 conservationists globally on their satisfaction with goal progress, revealing that most were satisfied with progress on individual goals but dissatisfied with collective conservation goals. Factors associated with satisfaction with individual goal progress included optimistic life attitudes, male gender, and working in conservation practice.
