Summary: This study found that female sex, chronic ureteral stent placement, and past surgical intervention and irradiation for pelvic malignancy are predisposing factors for ureteroarterial fistula. Combined endovascular and endoureteral techniques show comparable outcomes to surgical approaches in the short and intermediate term. Close follow-up post-procedure is necessary, although the use of post-procedural antibiotics remains uncertain.
