Significance of nonlinear thermal radiation in 3D Eyring-Powell nanofluid flow with Arrhenius activation energy

Taseer Muhammad et al.

Summary: This paper investigates a mathematical analysis of three-dimensional Eyring-Powell nanofluid nonlinear thermal radiation with modified heat plus mass fluxes. The slip condition is introduced to enhance the dynamical and physical study of structure, and a Riga plate is employed to diminish the friction and pressure drag of submarines. The Cattaneo-Christov heat flux model is used to evaluate heat transfer, and comparisons between bvp4c results and shooting technique are made with graphical and numerical illustrations for prominent parameters.

Study of Arrhenius activation energy on the thermo-bioconvection nanofluid flow over a Riga plate

M. M. Bhatti et al.

Summary: This article investigates the effects of Arrhenius activation energy and viscous dissipation on thermo-bioconvection nanofluid propagating through a Riga plate. Through numerical analysis, it is found that the magnetic field and bioconvection parameters weaken the velocity profile, while an increase in activation energy enhances the concentration profile. However, an increase in the Prandtl number suppresses the temperature profile changes.

Dynamics of Activation Energy and Nonlinear Mixed Convection in Darcy-Forchheimer Radiated Flow of Carreau Nanofluid Near Stagnation Point Region

M. Ijaz Khan et al.

Summary: In this research, the heat and mass transport, along with radiated two-dimensional incompressible nanofluid flow over a stretchable moving surface, were studied. Various effects such as MHD, heat generation/absorption, and chemical reactions were considered in developing governing equations. Computational results showed contrasting behaviors in velocity field and temperature profile with higher magnetic parameter values, with numerical discussions presented through tables.

Transportation of hybrid nanoparticles in forced convective Darcy-Forchheimer flow by a rotating disk

M. Ijaz Khan

Summary: This research examines the effect of entropy generation through a non-linear radiative flow of viscous fluid of hybrid nanoparticles over a stretchable rotating disk. Various parameters such as mixed convection parameter, porosity parameter, velocities, thermal slips parameters, stretching parameter, non-linear radiation parameter, and Reynolds number are studied for their impact on radial and tangential velocity profiles, temperature profile, as well as entropy generation and heat transfer rates. The governing problem is numerically solved using bvp4c techniques.

Heat Transfer Analysis of 3-D Viscoelastic Nanofluid Flow Over a Convectively Heated Porous Riga Plate with Cattaneo-Christov Double Flux

K. Loganathan et al.

Summary: The impact of heat-absorbing viscoelastic nanofluidic flow on a convectively heated porous Riga plate with double flux was analyzed. The study found that fluid velocities decrease with the development of viscoelastic and porosity parameters, while the liquid heat increases with the radiation parameter. Additionally, the nanoparticle volume fraction decreases with higher thermophoresis parameter, but increases with higher Brownian motion parameter.
