However, a LC-MS ITP combining sulfated AAS with other mandatory targets has not been developed yet, which is crucial for economical purposes.

The results suggest that SFC-MS/MS can be a reliable alternative to LCMS/MS for methadone enantiomer quantitation in bioanalysis.
