Ti3C2Tx-AgNPs@beta-cyclodextrin SERS substrate for rapid and selective determination of erythrosin B in dyed food

Summary: A novel Ti3C2Tx-AgNPs@beta-CD substrate was developed with excellent sensitivity, good reproducibility, and long-term stability for the rapid and efficient on-site SERS analysis of harmful additives in food safety, such as methylene blue and erythrosin B. The substrate showed selective detection capabilities and was able to accurately determine the presence of erythrosin B in dyed food samples with recoveries ranging from 78.1% to 113.2%.
