Artificial intelligence approach on predicting current values of polymer interface Schottky diode based on temperature and voltage: An experimental study

Summary: A neural network model was developed to predict the current values of a 6H?SiC/MEH-PPV Schottky diode with a polymer interface based on temperature and voltage. The model showed high accuracy with an average error rate of -0.15% in predicting the current values.

An experimental study on determination of the shottky diode current-voltage characteristic depending on temperature with artificial neural network

Summary: In this study, experimental measurements were conducted on the current values of Schottky diodes at different voltages and temperatures, and an artificial neural network model was developed to simulate the current-voltage characteristics of the diodes. The results from the artificial neural network showed good agreement with the experimental data, indicating successful estimation of the diode's behavior under different conditions.

Analysis of temperature-dependent I-V characteristics of the Au/n-GaSb Schottky diode

Summary: In this study, the current-voltage characteristics of Au/n-GaSb Schottky diodes were analyzed to investigate their current transport mechanisms at different temperatures. The study separated the measured I-V curves into thermionic emission current and secondary current, identifying the predominance between tunneling and SRH recombination currents. It was also revealed that other current transport mechanisms such as Auger and radiative recombination, and leakage currents are negligible for the Au/n-GaSb Schottky diodes in this work.
