A novel investigation of the effect of different concentrations of methacrylic acid on the dose response of MAGAT gel dosimeter in intraoperative radiotherapy

Zahra Alyani Nezhad et al.

Summary: The study investigated the dose response of MAGAT gel dosimeter with varying concentrations of methacrylic acid, leading to the discovery that MAGAT with 8% MAA concentration exhibited high dose sensitivity under IORT irradiation. Additionally, the response of MAGAT was found to be independent of dose rates and energy levels.
