Pulmonary comorbidities in cardiac rehabilitation

Patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD) benefit greatly from participation in cardiac rehabilitation programs. Many patients with CVD have a concomitant pulmonary disease, yet the latter is often not diagnosed (and thus undertreated).
