Summary: A conventional photolithography technique was used to fabricate three types of Archimedean-spiral interdigitated electrodes (AIDEs) with different electrode and gap sizes. The precision of the fabrication was validated through various surface topography analyses. Based on the current variation and characterization experiments, D2 AIDE was identified as the best performer among the three.
