Multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) dispersion & mechanical effects in OPC mortar & paste: A review

Lateef Assi et al.

Summary: The incorporation of MWCNTs shows significant impact on the mechanical properties of OPC mortar and paste, with ultrasonication being the most effective dispersion technique. The majority of enhancements in compressive strength of cement composites were below 40%, while improvements in tensile/flexural strength were also generally under 40%.
