Summary: Comparing the transcriptomic data between wild type and TGaseOE tomato plants under heat stress revealed that DEGs were mainly associated with protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum, carbon fixation, and photosynthetic metabolism pathways. A number of putative transcription factors associated with heat stress response families were identified in this study.
