Development of a Flow-free Gradient Generator Using a Self-Adhesive Thiol-acrylate Microfluidic Resin/Hydrogel (TAMR/H) Hybrid System

Anowar H. Khan et al.

Summary: A two-layer, flow-free microfluidic gradient generator was developed using thiol-ene chemistry, allowing for the generation of flow-free gradients and the formation of fluid-tight channels without external pressure. Experimental and computational analysis confirmed the diffusion performance of the TAMR/H system, making it a viable alternative to traditional PDMS-based microfluidic gradient generators.
