MoS2/graphene van der Waals heterojunctions combined with two-layered Au NP for SERS and catalysis analyse

Weixi Lu et al.

Summary: In this study, MoS2/graphene van der Waals heterojunctions were fabricated and combined with gold nanoparticles for surface-enhanced Raman scattering and plasmon-driven photocatalysis analysis. The introduced graphene film acted as an effective buffer layer, isolating the contact between gold nanoparticles and MoS2, benefiting electron transfer. The hybrid platform showed excellent SERS capability and accelerated catalytic reactions for in situ monitoring.
