Summary: The study investigates Eulerian and Lagrangian second-order statistics of superfluid He-4 grid turbulence, finding classical behavior at scales larger than the intervortex distance and a transition to quantum vortex line-dominated regime at comparable scales. The study also utilizes homogeneity of the flow to connect various second-order statistical objects and reconstructs energy spectrum using two-way bridge relations between Eulerian energy spectra and second-order structure functions. The Lagrangian frequency spectrum reconstructed from the measured Eulerian spectrum differs from the measured Lagrangian spectrum in the quasiclassical range, suggesting the need for further investigation.
