PET Study of Sphingosine-1-phosphate Receptor 1 Expression in Response to S. aureus Infection

Hao Jiang et al.

Summary: The study highlights the important role of S1PR1 in the early immune response to bacterial infection, and the S1PR1-specific radiotracer [F-18]TZ4877 could serve as a noninvasive tool for detecting early S1PR1 immune response to infectious diseases.

In Vitro and In Vivo Investigation of S1PR1 Expression in the Central Nervous System Using [3H]CS1P1 and [11C]CS1P1

Hao Jiang et al.

Summary: S1PR1 plays a crucial role in the CNS and a novel radioligand, [C-11]CS1P1, shows promise for PET imaging. Detailed characterization and microPET studies confirm the potential of [C-11]CS1P1 for imaging S1PR1 in the CNS.

SNAr Radiofluorination with In Situ Generated [18F]Tetramethylammonium Fluoride

So Jeong Lee et al.

Summary: This report describes a method for the nucleophilic radiofluorination of various substrates using a strong nucleophilic fluorinating reagent. The method has been successfully applied to 24 substrates with different functional groups, generating good to excellent radiochemical yields. The reaction was also used for the preparation of F-18-labeled HQ-415 for potential (pre)clinical use.
