Nb2O5 synthesis and characterization by Pechini method to the application as electron transport material in a solar device

Summary: The study successfully synthesized Nb2O5 with an orthorhombic phase structure using the Pechini method, and applied it as an electron transport material in solar devices. Through a series of experimental measurements, it was demonstrated that Nb2O5 outperformed TiO2 in solar devices, with lower recombination rates and higher photovoltaic conversion efficiency.
