Summary: An ultrasensitive label-free electrochemical immunosensor was developed for quantitative detection of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG). The unique structure design of the carbon material used in the immunosensor allowed for a large specific surface area and excellent electrical conductivity, enabling label-free electrochemical immunosensing of LGG. The immunosensor showed a good linear relationship and low detection limit, as well as good specificity, long-term stability, and reliability.
