Neuronized Priors for Bayesian Sparse Linear Regression

Summary: The paper introduces neuronized priors for Bayesian variable selection, which can more efficiently perform posterior sampling and estimation compared to classical shrinkage priors. Theoretically, specific conditions for achieving optimal posterior contraction rate are provided, and using neuronization representation is computationally more or comparably efficient than its standard counterpart in all well-known cases.
