A novel transfer learning fault diagnosis method based on Manifold Embedded Distribution Alignment with a little labeled data

Ke Zhao et al.

Summary: Accurate identification of rolling bearing faults is crucial for the stable operation of mechanical systems. However, obtaining abundant labeled data is challenging due to changing operating conditions and complex working environments. To address this issue, this paper proposes a novel transfer learning method that utilizes frequency spectrum datasets, BiGRU, and MEDA to remove redundant information, generate auxiliary samples, and align distributions between labeled and unlabeled samples.
