Summary: The study investigated the formation, structure, thermal and magnetic properties of MFe2O4@SiO2 (M = Co, Mn, Zn, Ni, Cu) nanocomposites, revealing the evolution of crystalline phases and variation of crystallite sizes of different ferrites at various annealing temperatures, as well as the dependence of magnetic properties on ferrite type, annealing temperature, and particle size. Annealing the nanocomposites at 1200 degrees C resulted in paramagnetic MnFe2O4, CoFe2O4, NiFe2O4, and CuFe2O4, as well as antiferromagnetic ZnFe2O4.
