Xiaoqing Chen et al.

Summary: Co2P2O7 ceramics were prepared using traditional solid-state sintering technique, with research conducted on their phase composition, grain size distribution, and densification. The influence of pores on permittivity, dielectric loss dependency on porosity, and the low values of ε(r) explained by covalent P-O bonds were explored, along with the relationship between polar phonon modes and dielectric properties using Raman spectroscopy. Optimum dielectric properties were achieved at 1160 degrees C for 4 hours.

Two novel garnet Sr3B2Ge3O12 (B = Yb, Ho) microwave dielectric ceramics with low permittivity and high Q

Jie Li et al.

Summary: Two cubic garnet-structured Sr3B2Ge3O12 ceramics (SYG and SHG) synthesized by high temperature solid-phase reaction method were studied for their phase formation, sintering behavior, and microwave dielectric performance. The SYG and SHG ceramics exhibited different dielectric properties, with their negative temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) values tuned to near-zero by adjusting their intrinsic dielectric properties.

Microwave dielectric properties of Li3Mg2NbO6-based ceramics with (MxW1-x)5+(M = Li+, Mg2+, Al3+, Ti4+) substitutions at Nb5+sites

Ping Zhang et al.

Summary: Li3Mg2Nb0.96 (MxW1-x)(0.04)O-6 (M = Li+, Mg2+, Al3+, Ti4+) ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction method, and the effects of equivalent substitutions on the sintering characteristics and microwave dielectric properties were investigated. The results showed that the substitution of ions had a significant impact on the dielectric constant and quality factor of the ceramics. Additionally, the study found that W-based composite ions substitution had a minor effect on the tau(f) values of Li3Mg2NbO6 ceramics.
