The Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis (GRAPPA)-Outcome Measures in Rheumatology (OMERACT) Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) Corc Set working group is focused on the development of a core set of instruments used to assess the domains described in the 2016 PsA Core Domain Set. At the 2021 annual meeting, the group presented an update on the domain of structural damage. In this report, we discuss the steps taken to assess the domain match and feasibility of plain radiographic instruments in the assessment of structural damage in PsA.
