Flexible, heat-resistant photodetector based on MoS2nanosheets thin film on transparent muscovite mica substrate

The device exhibits stability, flexibility, fast response time, high responsivity, and detectivity. The heterogeneous GQD/MoS2 photodetector shows high photoresponsivity and external quantum efficiency, making it promising for high-performance photodetectors, optoelectronic circuits, and quantum devices.

An Ultrasensitive Gateless Photodetector Based on the 2D Bilayer MoS2-1D Si Nanowire-0D Ag Nanoparticle Hybrid Structure

Summary: This study proposes an approach to enhance 2D MoS2 photosensing by combining plasmonic nanostructures and physical suspension, resulting in a hybrid structure with high responsivity and large active area. The gateless responsivity of the hybrid structure reaches 402.4 A/W at a wavelength of 532 nm, representing the highest value reported for gateless plasmonic MoS2 photodetectors. The exceptional detectivity of 2.34 x 10(12) Jones highlights the potential of this approach for designing high-performance 2D TMDC-based optoelectronic devices.

Hybrid structure of PbS QDs and vertically-few-layer MoS2 nanosheets array for broadband photodetector

Comparison of enhanced second harmonic generation in pyramid-like in-plane MoS2 flakes to vertically aligned MoS2 flakes

Enhanced photoresponse of TiO2/MoS2 heterostructure phototransistors by the coupling of interface charge transfer and photogating

Summary: The high-performance MoS2-based phototransistor with enhanced photoresponse is achieved by interfacing few-layer MoS2 with an ultrathin TiO2 layer. The significantly improved photoresponse of the TiO2/MoS2 device is attributed to both interface charge transfer and photogating effects. These findings provide valuable insights into interactions at TiO2/MoS2 interface and may inspire the development of novel optoelectronic devices based on 2D layered materials.
