Assessing the effectiveness of video-based interviewing: a systematic comparison of video-conferencing based dyadic interviews and focus groups

Summary: The article introduces a systematic comparison of video-based dyadic interviews and focus groups. The study found that two-person interviews have more advantages, especially in generating unique and relevant ideas. Online focus groups were also proven to have some value.
