This paper introduces an approach that allows data-driven and schedule-oriented supply chain coordination to address demand fluctuations. Through a demonstration on a construction project, the approach is shown to improve responsiveness in concrete planning and ordering, ultimately enhancing collaboration between suppliers and contractors.
