Summary: The numerical method presented in this study simulates multiphase flows with phase change on unstructured grids, extending previous work by Tanguy et al. to improve accuracy using a new framework for differential operators. The mass transfer rate at the interface is computed based on liquid and vapor heat fluxes and latent heat, and is used to solve Navier-Stokes equations and Level Set function advection equation to model interface movement due to phase change. The method is validated through simulations of a growing bubble with fixed and computed mass transfer rates, showing convergence with grid refinement.
