Summary: sEVs, carrying DNA, miRNA, and proteins, are important for intercellular communication and can be used as biomarkers for disease diagnosis and drug delivery. This study identified cationic particles that effectively purify sEVs and proposed a convenient purification method, which is expected to facilitate functional analysis and disease treatment using sEVs.
