Simulation and investigation of perovskite/nano-pyramidal GeSe solar cell: Realizing high efficiency by controllable light trapping

Masoud Aliyariyan et al.

Summary: Research has shown that the use of nanostructured light absorbers in perovskite solar cells can improve power conversion efficiency, especially when utilizing GeSe nano-pyramids to enhance short-current density and PCE values. The optimal structure with NP height of 100 nm demonstrates significant improvements in J(sc) and PCE.

Light trapping in perovskite solar cells with plasmonic core/shell nanorod array: A numerical study

Mohammad Hosein Mohammadi et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the use of plasmonic core/shell nanorod (PLCS-NR) array to enhance the performance of perovskite solar cells. Simulation results show that the optimal choice of core and shell materials, as well as the height of the PLCS-NRs, can significantly improve the device performance.
