Building Change Detection in VHR SAR Images via Unsupervised Deep Transcoding

Sudipan Saha et al.

Summary: A method utilizing CycleGAN to convert SAR images into optical images and extract deep features for building change detection is proposed. Deep change vector analysis and fuzzy rules are used to identify new/destroyed buildings, and the method is validated on datasets from L'Aquila and Trento in Italy.
