Summary: Comparing three methods of robotic PVH repair, it was found that rRM repair allows for use of larger meshes for larger defects but is associated with higher-grade complications; rTAPP repair results in the lowest morbidity and offers the highest mesh-to-defect ratio for smaller hernias; the rRM group had longer operative time.
