Anisotropic star models in the context of vanishing complexity

C. Arias et al.

Summary: In this study, three physical general relativistic anisotropic models were constructed based on the complexity definition for static and self-gravitating objects, with the aim of fulfilling the vanishing complexity condition to close the system of Einstein field equations. The analysis indicates that the studied models are feasible and stable under the chosen set of parameters. Additionally, models such as P _perpendicular to = 0 and Consenza's anisotropy models that do not meet the expected conditions are also discussed.

Charged anisotropic fluid sphere in comparison with its uncharged analogue through extended geometric deformation

M. Zubair et al.

Summary: In this article, a known charged isotropic Durgapal IV solution is extended to its anisotropic version using the extended geometric deformation (EGD) approach. The physical properties of the anisotropic stellar model are studied and compared with its uncharged anisotropic analogue. The results show that the anisotropic stellar model is stable for a larger range of the coupling constant in the presence of electric charge, and the effects of anisotropy are diminished near the stellar surface.

Stellar models with like-Tolman IV complexity factor

J. Andrade et al.

Summary: In this work, stellar models are constructed based on the complexity factor as a supplementary condition to close the system of differential equations arising from Gravitational Decoupling. The assumed complexity is a generalization of the well-known Tolman IV solution, with various seed solutions used for the study. The physical acceptability of the models is studied using reported compactness parameters of SMC X-1 and Cen X-3, along with a discussion on aspects related to density ratio.

Complexity factor for anisotropic self-gravitating sphere in Rastall gravity

H. Nazar et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the new definition of complexity factor for irrotational spherical relativistic structures in the Rastall theory of gravity. By studying field equations and observational data, the paper analyzes the physical impacts of material variables and finds the complexity factor using structure scalars. It is emphasized that the vanishing complexity factor condition is crucial for cancelling out energy density inhomogeneity and pressure anisotropy, with solutions provided for interior formation of spherical stellar objects. Additionally, the presence of a nonminimal curvature-matter couple parameter alpha enhances the complexity of the system, with the outcomes potentially reverting back to previous solutions under General Relativity by setting alpha = 0.

Anisotropic counterpart of charged Durgapal V perfect fluid sphere

Hina Azmat et al.

Summary: In this paper, a static charged anisotropic stellar model for a spherically symmetric spacetime geometry was developed, with a focus on charged Durgapal V perfect fluid sphere and anisotropic counterpart construction through gravitational decoupling. Physical analysis of the model with observational data from compact stars SMC X-4 and Vela X-1 showed that all properties met the criteria for a well-behaved stellar system.

An anisotropic version of Tolman VII solution in f(R, T) gravity via gravitational decoupling MGD approach

Hina Azmat et al.

Summary: In this work, an anisotropic version of the well-known Tolman VII isotropic solution was developed using the gravitational decoupling by minimal geometric deformation (MGD) approach in f(R, T) gravity framework. The field equations were separated into sections for f(R, T) and the additional source phi ij. The viability of the solution was checked by considering observational data of three compact star models and discussing thermodynamical properties analytically and graphically.

Ultracompact stars with polynomial complexity by gravitational decoupling

M. Carrasco-Hidalgo et al.

Summary: In this study, an ultracompact star configuration is constructed using the Minimal Geometric Deformation approach within the framework of Gravitational Decoupling. The complexity factor is employed as a complementary condition to solve the system of differential equations. It is demonstrated that for a polynomial complexity, the resulting solution can be matched with two different modified-vacuum geometries.

Spherically symmetric anisotropic charged solution under complete geometric deformation approach

S. K. Maurya et al.

Summary: A new systematic approach to finding exact gravitationally decoupled anisotropic spherical solutions in the presence of electric charge is presented using the complete geometric deformation methodology. The study applies well-known mimic approaches and equation of state to determine deformation functions and discusses the physical properties and stability of the solution. Predictions for radii, mass-radius ratio, and thermodynamic observables for compact objects under different decoupling parameters are also provided.

Braneworld-Klein-Gordon System in the Framework of Gravitational Decoupling

P. Leon et al.

Summary: In this study, we apply the MGD-decoupling method in two different ways to analyze the effective field equations of the Randall-Sundrum braneworld coupled with a Klein-Gordon scalar field. We compare the behavior of the new solutions obtained through this method with those obtained without coupling to the scalar field directly from the Randall-Sundrum braneworld.

Gravitational cracking and complexity in the framework of gravitational decoupling

E. Contreras et al.

Summary: This work analyzes the stability of self-gravitating spheres in the context of gravitational cracking. It explores the role of anisotropy in cracking, and studies the effect of the complexity factor introduced by L. Herrera. The study focuses on anisotropic solutions obtained in the framework of gravitational decoupling, and examines the impact of varying decoupling parameters and source compactness on radial force behavior.
