MOOCs ADOPTION IN HIGHER EDUCATION: A MANAGEMENT PERSPECTIVE

Summary: This research examines the factors influencing the Behavioral Intention (BI) to use Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in Thailand. The study found that Perceived Autonomy, Facilitating Conditions, Absorptive Capacity, and Social Influence have a positive and significant effect on BI, while Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy do not. Additionally, Culture does not moderate any relationship with BI.

THE COMPARISON OF THE TQM PRACTICES AND QUALITY PERFORMANCE BETWEEN MANUFACTURING & SERVICE SECTORS

Summary: This study empirically compared TQM Practices and Quality Performance between manufacturing and Service Sectors in Thailand. The results showed significant differences between the two sectors in terms of TQM and quality performance, but no significant difference in product quality. Structural equation modeling indicated effective fit within the model for both sectors, with significant differences between the two groups.

Factors Influencing Consumer's Adoption of Renewable Energy

Economy and energy analysis in the operation of renewable energy installations - a case study

Summary: This paper presents an economic, ecological and energy analysis of a home photovoltaic grid installation, indicating the increasing interest in green energy in Polish society but also the lack of awareness of the benefits of photovoltaic installations. By analyzing a specific home photovoltaic installation, the study shows that the installation will have a payback period of over 9 years and will reduce 70 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
