BODIPY-Hg2+ Complex: A Fluorescence Turn-ON Sensor for Cysteine Detection

The AHBH-PMOs nanoparticles exhibit aggregation induced emission and intramolecular charge transfer, allowing high sensitivity and selectivity in responding to Cu2+ in aqueous solutions. Coordination interaction between AHBH and Cu2+ was demonstrated, indicating potential applications in environmental monitoring.
