Periarticular Neurofascial Dextrose Prolotherapy Versus Physiotherapy for the Treatment of Chronic Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy Randomized Clinical Trial

Morteza Kazempour Mofrad et al.

Summary: The study compared neurofascial dextrose prolotherapy with physiotherapy for the treatment of chronic rotator cuff tendinopathy in the short term. Results showed that neurofascial dextrose was more effective in alleviating pain and disability, but the changes in the physiotherapy group seemed to be more sustained.
