Impact of Education and Data Feedback on Guideline- Concordant Prescribing for Urinary Tract Infections in the Outpatient Setting

Most antimicrobial stewardship programmes are focused on inpatient management, overlooking the equally high rates of inappropriate antibiotic use in the ED setting. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen the focus and intervention on antimicrobial stewardship in the ED.
