Food anaphylaxis in the United Kingdom: analysis of national data, 1998-2018

Summary: The study revealed an increase in hospital admissions due to food-induced anaphylaxis in the UK from 1998 to 2018, with the largest increase observed in children under 15. The case fatality rate has decreased, however showing fluctuations, with cow's milk now being the most common single cause of fatal anaphylaxis in school aged children.
